Everwest is an AI integration consultancy. We learn how a business actually runs, find where the friction is, and build the integration that fits: existing tools configured properly where something on the market genuinely fits, custom software where it doesn't. Then we keep it running.
Who is behind Everwest?
Everwest is Tyler Phillips, working alongside a team of AI agents he built. A one-person firm running this many live systems is the demonstration of the approach, not a limitation of it.
Do you only work with real estate businesses?
No. Our first work happened in real estate because that's where our network was. The approach isn't industry-specific. Any established business with real operations to improve is a fit.
What does an engagement cost?
Pricing is scoped per engagement, based on what the work actually involves. There is no rate card. The first conversation is where scope and cost get defined.
What happens after the build is live?
Ongoing support keeps it that way: monitoring that checks outcomes rather than uptime, automatic repair of faults the software recognizes, fixes to anything we delivered, and a monthly summary of what ran, broke, and got fixed. Anything new is scoped and quoted first.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Support is month to month with thirty days' notice. You own your data, and the documentation is kept current so you could leave at any time.
